1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Math Trainer ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Math Trainer is an educational application designed to help users practice arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. The App offers both free and premium features.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Math Trainer offers the following premium options:

• Monthly Subscription: An auto-renewable subscription that provides access to all Math Trainer Premium features for one month. The subscription is billed monthly and automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Lifetime Purchase: A one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks all Math Trainer Premium features. This is not a subscription and does not renew.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's support channels in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within Math Trainer are the property of Develplace and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Develplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

10. Privacy, Analytics, and Crash Reporting

Math Trainer does not require account creation and does not include third-party advertising.

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand general app usage and improve the user experience. The App also uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information to help identify and fix bugs.

This data may include technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, usage events, crash logs, diagnostics, and identifiers used by Firebase services.

Math Trainer does not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising purposes. We do not sell user data.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
